Pretending is fun

Way back in the day we had a park behind the houses on my side of the street.  In the winter they maintained an ice rink and the guy watching the park kept the park house open and the fire going most of the day and much of the night.  We played hockey all the time, almost every day, IIRC.  I don't know about the other kids, but sometimes I pretended I was a pro hockey player and it great.

Although I'd rather be playing hockey instead of doing software, I don't pretend much anymore.  Well, times have changed and, thanks to BradA, it's not only OK to pretend, but it's encouraged!

BradA confirms the dirty little secret you may have heard about:  Delegates and MulticastDelegates are essentially the same thing:

We abandoned the distinction between Delegate and MulticastDelegate towards the end of V1.  At that time, it would have been a massive change to merge the two classes so we didnt do so.  You should pretend that they are merged and that only MulticastDelegate exists.
