Team System will ship in exactly three months and fifteen days (or 107 days) from now. Now that the product is in the final stretch towards RTM, what are some of the features you would like to see in Team System V2? Are there any additions and improvements you would like to see?

Post your want list and feedback here...I'll make sure to send all your suggestions to the right people in the Team System product group!

I wish it would be more standalone and not rely on IIS, Active Directory, Sharepoint, and SQL Server + Reporting Services. In other words, a barebones industrial-strength SCM with the elaborate team management stuff it has today.

- Support for automated testing of the user interfaces of WinForms/Avalon applications
- Fleshing out the capabilities of the various new V1 tools introduced into Team System (eg. performance analysis, source control, unit testing, static analysis) to match some of the key features available in competing products (eg. Rational Quantify & Intel VTune for performance analysis, ? for source control, unit testing & static analysis)
- An application dynamic analysis capability to match products like Rational Purify & BoundsChecker
- Read-only access to source control via the web (for searching / viewing diffs / "cvs blame" type view of checkins, etc)
- Online code review tracking system (tracking files needing review, recording of code review issues, generation of metrics, etc)
- Fault injection capabilities like Compuware "Fault Simulator"
