Just to let you know Rob has released ASPNet Forums 2 ("Community Server :: Forums")
Find out more here:
I'd like to thank everyone who helped build it and for keeping the code open and free.
Just got back from holiday and noticed Skype has hit version 1.
A great tool....enjoy:
The last few months have been great rainbow wise. Many people have pitched in to help out and a lot of bugs have been closed (over 100) as well as enhancements and dramatic performance improvements.
This post was going to be that rainbow was released today unfortunately I just discovered a problem that warrants a further delay (Shouldn't be a long one). I discovered it while creating a module that would allow rainbow administrators to add/delete/move modules at the page/tab level rather than having to click multiple times to get to the tab layout page.
The last bit that needs to be added should only take a while so I am hoping there will still be a release this week. Unfortunately I can't work on the fix beacuse I am currently packing to go away on holiday. Manu and the rest of the team however are still around and I'm sure they will get it fixed sharpish.
I'll then be adding a review of all the changes that have occured since the last release and a list of all the people that helped make it happen.
For those on Release Candidate 3 this is definately worth an upgrade. For those who have never tried rainbow I think it's worth the time to look into it.
Seeya in two weeks ;-)
