I've been using LLBLGen Pro on and off now for over a year and it keeps getting better and better.
Frans Bouma is always updating his product and it has consistently improved over the months.
He has just released an update which expands LLBLGen's database support to now include MySQL. Template Studio has also been released (Similar to Codesmith but only available to LLBLGen Pro users) with a template repository available for customers.
There are too many great things in LLBLen Pro to list them all here (So I recommend taking the trial version for a spin), one of the best things is the support Frans offers via his forum.
One thing I would like to see more of though is documentation, articles and walkthroughs that take the user through all of the features in LLBLGen Pro (More example projects covering asp.net and webservices would also be nice to ease users into LLBLGen Pro). There is documentation and some other example projects available I just feel articles and walkthroughs would really help people through that initial learning curve (and for those who want to know more about the new features). I've been told this is one of the things that will be improved and I can't wait.
Keep up the great work.

Hi Guys,
Thought this might be of interest to some. Just came across this report:
Report by The British Computer Society
Working Party on Offshoring
November 2004
So I thought I would pass the link on for those of you who may have considered what an increase in offshoring could mean for you (The above link is the pdf report - 60 pages).
