Strange behavior in Windows Vista

Hi all.

I’ve been having this strange behavior from some time now on several programs like IE8 (see picture below), Notepad, Calculator and some other.

I’m running Windows Vista x64 on an Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM and Intel Graphics Video Card.

Any ideas?

You could try the fix suggested here:

But that fix is for WindowsBlinds, wich I'm not using.

You could try cleaning the poop off your screen.
