If you just want to direct people to http://vstsplugins.sourceforge.net then they can see the latest version when it is available (alternatively the downloads page at http://vstsplugins.sourceforge.net/index.php/downloads/ will always point to the latest version).

Currently busy with the day job, but hopeing to post some update to VSTSPlugins over the next few weeks including some more plugins, nAnt & MSBuild tasks etc.
