We're getting "KB2416472 does not apply, or is blocked by another condition on your computer." on a Windows 2008 Server.  I can assure you - we've never installed this before.  Any ideas why this would happen?

Windows 2008 Server Enterprise SP2 (64bit OS). Windows update indicate "Windows is up to date".

I cannot find KB241670 installed. I see KB982525 updated on Oct 1st.

Can you please comment on this.
