I have seen a few people complaining about all the noise on ASP.NET Weblogs. What if Scott introduced a blog voting system? Registered users would be able to vote on the value/relevancy of a blog post. Users would be able to set a threshold, and posts scoring below it would not be displayed in the aggregate view for that user. We could go a step further and the vote can be applied to the user itself rather than individual posts. This would encourage people to post only what they felt to be relevant/useful.
