Community Credit: Stupid Prizes to Smart People

This month I decided to partecipate to www.community-credit.com.

It's a really interesting site, that gives stupid prizes to smart people.

If you're a blogger, usergroup leader or member, book or article writer, forum/newsgroup poster or if you do some community activites, take a look at it. When you do something, you can submit your activities and gain points, and you can win the monthly prizes...

At the moment there are 3499 members... you could be the 3500th... :-)

I'm very happy because from today I'm in the All Time list of community points earners...

MSF Resources online again

You can find them here:

The only thing I changed was to rewrite the "_" character in the URL of the articles...

Tags are not the right solution...

Which tag can I use for posts related to TechEd? Or for posts related to MSF, or about Team Foundation Server, or???

I know that this tag system used for the main feed is a hack... but it forces us to use unrelated tags... and to hack it at the end...

What will happen when a new technology is announced?

Uhm... perhaps I've to wait and see what happens.

BTW thank you very much for the transition to CS2.1. I've to adapt myself to the news system, but it's much better than .Text...

New version of MSF 4 resources list

I've updated my list of MSF 4 resources, with download links for the final versions of the Process Guidance.

You can find it here: MSF 4.0 Resources list).

InVirtus VM Optimizer 2.0 Corporate Edition review - this time with working links...

Some months ago I reviewed the final version of InVirtus VM Optimizer 2.0. For that review I used the "traditional" version of VM Optimizer, where the user has to interact with various steps of the wizard. That version also requires a reboot during the preparation of the virtual disk.

Today I reviewed the Corporate Edition of InVirtus VM Optimizer 2.0. This version is completely automatic, and it doesn't require a reboot during the process (a reboot is required in both versions, but only at the end, to compact the virtual disks from the host OS).

You can read everything here. As with the "traditional" version, I'm really impressed with the results, but I've to say that the ease of use of this version is really good.

I'm really happy because I don't want to translate the MSF templates and documents from English to Italian...
I'm looking forward to download the trial from MSDN
My "MSF in the real world" BoF session was accepted for TechEd...

I'm very happy because I've received the confirmation for one of the BoF sessions that I proposed for TechEd:

Congratulations, your Birds of a Feather session, “Microsoft Solutions Framework in the real world”, has been accepted for TechEd 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts, in June. Thank you for your enthusiasm, your willingness to share, and your commitment to building community that make the Birds of a Feather discussions shine. [CUT]

Your BoF session is scheduled for Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 7:45 PM. [CUT]

See you there, and thanks for all your votes!
