It's a really interesting site, that gives stupid prizes to smart people.

If you're a blogger, usergroup leader or member, book or article writer, forum/newsgroup poster or if you do some community activites, take a look at it. When you do something, you can submit your activities and gain points, and you can win the monthly prizes...

At the moment there are 3499 members... you could be the 3500th... :-)

I'm very happy because from today I'm in the All Time list of community points earners...

MSF Resources online again

You can find them here:

For that review I used the "traditional" version of VM Optimizer, where the user has to interact with various steps of the wizard. That version also requires a reboot during the preparation of the virtual disk.

Today I reviewed the Corporate Edition of InVirtus VM Optimizer 2.0. This version is completely automatic, and it doesn't require a reboot during the process (a reboot is required in both versions, but only at the end, to compact the virtual disks from the host OS).

You can read everything here. Do you plan to use one flavour in the future? In this BOF sessions we'll discuss practical experiences of real implementations of MSF Agile and CMMI, including customization, changes, and integration with other methodologies.
Developing better software using Virtual Machines Virtual PC, Virtual Server and other virtualization platforms are changing the way distributed applications are developed, tested and deployed. In this BOF session we can discuss practical implementations, improvements, tips and tricks from the field, and we can share the experiences in this new way of developing better software.

If you're interested in one or both topics, please vote for me here. Thank you very much in advance... and see you in Boston!

How to be a good listener

Everybody wants tips on how to deliver great presentations...
Here there are tips from Culminis on how to be a good listener.
It applies to user group meetings, but also to a lot of other kind of events.
