I'm very sad

Today there was another attack in Iraq but this time it was against Italian troups. I never thought we were immune to such kind of attacks, but today I feel very bad.

I've put the peace flag on my window as many Italians did in the previous months, I wasn't happy about the war and about what followed the end of the war, but I think that our "Carabinieri" and all the Italian troups were doing a great work there helping the population.

Condolences to all the families of all the victims of this war, on every side.

I was in Italy about 4 weeks ago and I was impressed with the number of Peace flags displayed. War is a terrible thing.

I was very sad to hear about it as well, and at the same time very thankful that Italy is standing with us against terror. I am curious though about what you mean by "...what followed the end of the war"

I was thinking to what happened after the 1st of May, when the war officially ended, if I remember correctly...

I think that there is a very long road in front of us...
