Software Project Survival Guide: A book that I read before EVERY project!

I bought Software Project Survival Guide from Steve McConnell (see it on Amazon) some years ago and I continue to find it very useful.

I quickly read it before EVERY project and everytime I discover some hidden gems...

It was printed in 1998 but it's very actual.

There is also a companion website for the book: www.construx.com/survivalguide

I think that every project/program manager and every executive involved in IT projects must read it.

It's also indicated for developers, because they've to know what happens on the "other" side... :-)
