Last week I was in the south of Italy to teach my first selfmade course about MSF 4, both version, Agile and CMMI-PI, and VSTS support.
I think that it was the first course of that kind, at least in Italy (considering that MSF CMMI-PI was 1 week old...) and it was a great experience for me.
I started to love MSF from 2002, from a very nice presentation from Rafal Lukawiecki.
After that I became a MSF Practitioner, and I've also taken the 70-301 certification.
But MSF 4 is much much better than MSF 3, and teaching it helped me a lot to understand the differences between the original one and the two new versions.
The tool support is awesome, but I think that something better can be made in integrating MS Project with Team Foundation Server, but there will be a lot of space for 3rd party vendors...
The course went well, the feedback from students was very good, and I hope that they can start to "assimilate" and "implement" all the practices, the tricks, and the useful part of the framework.
This morning I published on my Italian blog the link to the mcpmag article about new Microsoft certifications...
It's incredible that nodoby is blogging about this on international blogs...
Two things... nobody knows or perhaps... nobody is interested...
