This would be very useful if you wanted to leverage NUnit tests for health-monitoring, or installation verification, or if you had some NUnit tests that could only run under ASP.NET due to dependency on ASP.NET objects. Documentation is pretty scant, but really there isn't that much to it, which is part of it's beauty.
