And it's up!
Sweeeeet. I finally have my own technical blog. Granted, it's run by Telligent, and I've heard horrendous stories about their code and performance. Cuz damn. Can't look a gifthorse in the mouth. :)
So what's this blog about? Great question. I've been brainstorming on having one for a while so I'll be sifting through some ideas and I'll be posting them for a while. Blogging can be fun but mostly just mindless banter.
What I'm interested in is CODE. Lots of it. I love it. It's Mental Chocolate for me. Sweeeeet. I spend half of my waking hours in code, and that's no exaggeration. Mostly from reflecting code, or studying open source projects, and of course writing my own.
I have some opinions on code, and coding styles, as well as lots of miscellaneous conjectures on the nature of programming in general, since I've been doing it for about 10 years (and learning). I love studying code and analyzing it. I also have been wanting to write open letters to members of the community to get some sorta response on key issues that hold dear to my heart. I guess this is just one way of ensuring me a spot on the totem pole that keeps me above the "random guy on a forum."
