Visual Studio 2005 Community Preview beside VS 2003
Does anybody know if I can install last VS 2005 Community Preview on the same machine I have VS 2003 installed? Will both work or something could broke?

The install will go fine. With the current tech preview though, the uninstall of VS 2005 will force you to have to do a repair on VS 2003. For this reason, and many others known and probably unknown, we do recomend not putting it on your main work machine.

But they do work fine SxS. Until 2005 was stable enough it was the only way to write and run our test automation. :-)

Except when installing new MDAC, everything installed smoothely for me. Now I'm using VS 2005 Tech preview as well as VS 2003 on the same machine.

I got a March 2004 preview and it works just fine along side 2005. Only annoyance is by default, things opened in 2005, but it is fairly easy to fix that.
