Oracle support successfully re-create that problem in their Lab. they confirm is a problem (not bug, yet) but there isn't any solution, workaround right now.

I don't want, it's a client of mine. They got independent intranet environment running ASP.NET application. Some of ASP.NET Pages contain windows user control and they turn security off since they don't have to enforce security inside organization and they are thinking it's the easy way to download windows user control. I try to convince them that there are different ways to do it but....
