This can't be right. Scary huh? Very! IE users only. ;o)
I can't comment there, need a Blogger account, so I'll comment here. IE has a security setting that controls this, if you set it to Disable or Prompt you'll see that 'scary' thing doesn't happen anymore. It's called 'allow paste operations via script' :)
David, it's kind of frustrating that having it be Prompt or Disabled isn't the default setting in IE. (Maybe it was changed to the default, though, in XP SP 2...???)
XP SP2 certainly didn't reset that setting on my side.
