Introducing : My Self !

I'm sure this post will get lost in all the PDC frenzy going on right now but here goes.

Since this is my first post I think it's tradition to introduce myself. My Name is Oddur Magnusson, I'm 22 years old and happen to live in the small island known as Iceland. I've been doing .net development since beta 1, mainly focusing on the asp.net development. My company Atom01(icelandic only) mainly focuses on CMS development using .net, where I happen to lead the way.

I hope to be able to contribute some great stuff to this blog, mostly tips and tricks and real life adventures from the .net frontier.

Thanks to GisliO, our local .net baldie,  for pointing me in the right direction getting a blog here

Same from me: Welcome! A tip for the beginning: Don't be too frustrated if feedback at first is pretty scarce (or if there's none at all). If you don't have any extraordinary project to offer, nobody will subscribe *directly* to your feed, and it's easy to get lost in the main feed. But after some time, people will notice your posts (e.g. by stumbling over them when doing a Google search).

One final tip for posting: Because of the time zones (I'm from Germany, BTW), it's best to post as late on a day as possible. Otherwise your post gets shifted out of the main RSS feed before the majority (i.e. the US readers) can even read it. Until before the PDC only the last 35 posts were visible in the RSS feed. I don't know whether the limit has been raised now.
