10 Minute Grok Talks and more...

Ok, exhibits are closed and I'm waiting for the "How to Start a User Group" session that Brian and Shane are going to present tonight so I decided to blog. I started this blog entry about 30 minutes ago with the first 9 words at the Visual Studio Team System table outside the Web Development Cabana. And now I finally decided to get away from all 3 conversations I was participating in and focus on this.

You know how people get behind reporters on the streets and start waving and making faces behind the person that's on camera? Well I wanted to do that today while Billy Hollis was on camera recording one of 40 videos presented by Microsoft Regional Directors; all 10 minute long. They came up with the idea and started doing it yesterday. Billy's was a great presentation, as soon as I find out where they are going to put them I will let you know. They're calling the series "10 Minute Grok Talks".

On another topic, there's a cool Outlook Starter Kit that will be out in a couple of weeks, it shows you how to synchronize Outlook Tasks with Work Items, they demonstrated it yesterday at one of the Team System sessions.

Well... gotta go. Take a look at http://www.meegos.com if you'd like to personalize your MSN Messenger picture for $1. You can "Assemble" a cartoon after your looks.
