MS Press not convinced of it's new titles?

I thought I would pick up one or more of the MS Press Microsoft Professional series (the silver series) starting with for my vacation starting monday. So I went to amazon.co.uk where I am confronted with this:

“Availability: usually dispatched within 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that titles occasionally go out of print or publishers run out of stock. This hard-to-find title is subject to an additional handling charge of £1.99 per item (excluding VAT).”

Can anyone explain this?

 

I guess I will have to order “Presenting to Win”

Ok thanks, then amazon messed up, because normally they display it as not being published yet. And I still don't see the reason for the handling charge, how do they mean hard to find.

I expect that is just what Amazon puts up for titles that will not be available for some time. I expect the release date was moved back, and Amazon almost never updates those.
