New presentation: Advantages of migrating to CRM 2011 from CRM 4 (on premise->on premise)

Hi,

Here I am sharing a brief presentation to be delivered to a customer (within some hours ) who already has Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 on-premise installed and want to know the benefits of migrating to the new version, CRM 2011 (to be released within Q1 CY2011). I mean, the bigger picture as there are lots of new stuff that cannot be covered in a 1/2 hour meeting.

Hope you find it useful to re-use it completely or partially in a similar situation.
