J. Michael Palermo IV works with the development team at Interface Technical Training. Michael serves as the Microsoft Regional Director for the states of Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Michael has been endorsed by Microsoft as a Microsoft Solutions Framework Practitioner & Trainer. He has been awarded Most Valuable Player (MVP) for XML technologies.
