Yes, I plan on a side-by-side install with visual studio 2005.

I'm sorry, but is IE6/7 able to download file larger than 2GB ? I thought I had problems with this and used Opera instead..

As it turns out, I did have a problem downloading the first time.  I used the download manager for the successful install.
