We are pleased to announce the second edition of Breakpoint, the world largest pure demoscene party. The organizers of all major german demoscene events of the past, present and future, namely Mekka&Symposium, Evoke, TUM, Dialogos and Underground Conference again have teamed up to bring you 73 hours of pure scene fun. Competitions, booze, a huge bonfire and lots of outdoor and indoor action are awaiting you.

On Tuesday 17th of February 2004 I'll have a talk about Managed DirectX for the .NET Usergroup Austria.
This will be a very basic talk about MDX. I'll try to explain the different parts of the SDK, specially Direct3D and DirectSound. Don't expect any deep insight like Pixel Shaders, Vertex Shaders, Bumpmapping or such.
If you are new to the topic of graphicsprogramming this is definitely a talk you should attend.

Tonite I finished the slides for my talk about Yukon for the SQL Server Usergroup Austria. This will be definitely a very interesting talk. It's also the very first meeting of SSUGA, hopefully many people will attend!
