Run Neo on Visual Studio.NET 2005 and .NET 2.0

Get the latest Neo (at the time of writing 1.4.0) distribution from the distribution directory. 1) Unpack and convert both the Neo.sln and Neo.Tools.sln solution files with the help of the VSNET 2005 wizard.  2) Open the Neo.Tools.sln solution file and build all projects. 3) In order to register the VsTool plug-in with VSNET2005 you have to change the VisualStudio registry key in the file src\Tools\VsTool\Resources\Neo.VsTool.reg file to 8.0. Now run the setup.bat batch file from the VSNET2005 command line.
