iPhone - beautiful but niche

Enders Analysis have released a report to clients on the iPhone: -

"Its reported target of 10 million unit sales in 2008 looks extremely optimistic for such a high-end product with exclusive distribution, with 2-3 million more realistic even if it is a big hit with the target market"

I agree totally.  For the number of consumers that are wowed by its styling and functionality, there will be many more who feel that its large size and price will put them off.
