Hi Jay, I apologize for delay, but I am really getting very busy these days.

If you want to dynamically bind the controls to a data source, you can do it in many ways:

1- Use predefined patterns in .net Framework to achieve this.

2- Write a generic class that searches for controls by type, and bind it to data source.

First you have to look at the problem from architectural view, you need a mapping between generated controls and the data source, you need to specify which data source maps to which control.

You have to decide where to save the mapping:

1- Generated UI

2- Independent XML file

3- Independent class

If you are using Silverlight and WPF, check this.DataContext property, you can set data source for the whole control or page, and inject binding syntax into generated controls, and after that binding takes place.

I was wondering if you could tell me about dynamically binding the controls to some data source?

I need to generate a form on run time and at the same time I need to bind some of the drop downs on the form to some data source (of the database).

Any help will be very useful. Thanks
