Problems with Webhost4life

We have one Portuguese dotnet community (PontoNetPT) that use Community Starter Kit

We are having a big problem and I want to share with you (I know that same of you use that host). :/

We are using Webhost4life host for months but last month they turn off our site two times (now is off):

Support:
"Looks like the database is stopped because you are using 100% cpu usage"

1- They don’t tell us that they will turn off our site. Bad, very BAD!!
2- They only give us that message and no tips or help about the problem.

We are thinking moving to other host because the support is not very good!!!!
Everything is stop because of that. Perhaps they don’t like our traffic !! ;P

Is any problem with Community Starter Kit?
Anyone have a similarly problem?

Yes they are unreliable. I had to move my Session out of PROC to SQL Server because of all the stops and restarts they did on the webserver. One time they disabled my database. Took them 2 days to get it back up. I am no longer with them and have moved on to ev1servers.net where I get a machine all to myself. No problems here.

Yes, they suck. My site went down for 4 hours with no notification the other day. I called and after 20 minutes the tech guy said he would have to transfer me to Tier 2. Do you get that? Transfer the ME to Tier 2 to try to figure out why THEIR servers went down... what the...?
