Heading to the Heartland

I will be heading to Des Moines, Iowa this afternoon to speak at the Heartland Developers Conference (HDC) tomorrow, Dec. 3. I will be speaking on "SQL Server 2005 Service Broker". I am really looking forward to this trip as it takes me back to my childhood in some ways as I was born and grew up in the midwest a couple of states below Iowa (in Oklahoma).

There are going to be a lot of great sessions and speakers. Sam is also going and speaking on an "Introduction to Whidbey C# Generics" after my talk. I am looking forward to his talk as well as Rocky Lhotka's keynote on "SOA: Procedural Programming Redux or Emergent Technology?".
