September 2006 - Posts

I am pleased to announce a new study group is being formed in the Boston area. The official title is: Boston .NET Architecture Study Group. We will meet every 3rd Wednesday at the Microsoft, Waltham offices from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This is a continuation of our very successful Boston Code Brew (Update 9/14/2006: new link created: Boston .NET Architecture Study Group) group that I started over a year ago. We have found over the last year and a half that our focus has been more on learning and applying the best practices of software architecture, in particular with .NET projects. So, in order to better identify ourselves, we have changed the name and purpose. The next meeting is September 20. We are considering a book study plus other discussion topics to start us off. Stay tuned for a new web site and other information.
