What 2 questions would you ask Kent Beck?

If you had an hour to talk with Kent Beck, a proud father of eXtreme Programming, and you could only ask two questions, what would you ask?

I'll be interviewing Kent as part of my audio interview series this week. I promise to take into consideration any good questions that come up in the comments. One of the things we plan to talk about is the whole notion of "BDUF" ("Big Design Up Front") in agile projects, and we'll also touch on the column that Joel On Software wrote on this subject (and all the responses to it).

I await your inputs.

Two questions I would ask of Kent:

1) Do you think Smalltalk has had its moment, or will we see a re-kindled interest in the environment and language, given the growing popularity of languages such as Ruby.

2) Would it be something you would like to see happen?

I'd want to know more about how the documentation fits into XP - where, when and how much?

What are the one or two things in XP2E that you wished you had explained better?

Name a few changes XP has introduced in our industry you are most proud of?

1. What do you consider are the most missunderstood or harder to understand from the agile practices?

2. What are the biggest XP drawbacks that you have seen so far?

I would like an honest opinion on the risks. I am a very agile oriented person, but when I sell agile I would like to know what the gurus in the domain say.

What would you say to an architect who just expressed his disbelieve in XP. In most of my projects the “traditional architects” just can’t let go of the Software Architecture Document or live by the principles “Do the Simplest Thing That Could Possibly Work” and “You Aren’t Going to Need It”.
