Some of my favorites:

Shift-F10: pops up the context menu even on keyboards without the Win keys. Like my precious, precious keyboard.

Ctrl-+ : When viewing a listview in Details mode, this will auto-resize all columns. Not only convenient, I don't think there's any other way to do this.

Ctrl-T / Ctrl-Shift-T : These are my favorite Visual Studio shortcuts, and do nothing constructive whatsoever:

You can also use popup menu key (between right Window and Ctrl key) for same purpose.

I prefer windows-d to windows-m because that just toggles the desktop instead of minimizes all windows.  That means you can hit windows-d once, grab something from the desktop, and hit windows-d again to go back to the program you were just using.

I've also found myself using windows-r for 'Run' a lot. I find it the fastest way to browse to a folder on the hard drive, and you can also access a lot of programs from there:

windows-e is nice to get to 'My Computer' as well.

I also use crl-l for jumping to address bar in firefox and ctrl-k for jumping to search box in firefox a lot.

to complete the given list :

WinKey + Pause : display the system properties panel.
WinKey + D : Show Desktop [ WinKey + M do minimize/maximize all not exactly show desktop :p ]
WinKey + F : Search
WinKey + U : Utility Manager [not very useful indeed]
Ctrl + Esc : displays the starting menu

if think the most useful are the Ctrl + Shift + Esc [already provided that displays the Task Manager], and the WinKey + E [that opens a new windows explorer].

if you have multiple language settings installed, you can simply switch by using Left Alt + *** ...

a tricky one .. to do the Alt + Tab without your keyboard : keep the left or right mouse button pushed and click to your middle mouse button.

I think my favorite part of the Ctrl-Shift-Esc combination is that on a properly sturdy keyboard, like my aforementioned ancient IBM, I can access the task manager with a well-aimed karate chop to the left edge of the keyboard.
