New Language in Google: 'Elmer Fudd'

Can anyone explain to me why "Elmer Fudd" is a language sitting inside my "Select Google Language" dialog page?

Once I select it, sure enough, my searches end up looking like this:

 

(I know who Elmer Fudd is, so don't try to explain, this is just weird!)

They have the Swedish Chef, Hacker, Klingon, and Pig Latin in the list as well. Hard to find the right option to set it back to English when you're done playing with Klingon... ;)
