Blogging about embedded software development - ISerializable - Roy Osherove's Blog

Blogging about embedded software development

Beniot Asks "Am I alone?" when it comes to Blogging about Embedded Software development. He's talking about hard core low level programming with C and C++ and Assembly and what not, not about the .NET Compact Framework (I think he's not, anyway. It's a new blog).

From his blog:

".NET has news sites like Larkware, it has blogosphere celebrities like Chris Sells , Scott Hanselman, and Larry O’Brien..."

"... But what about the embedded world? Where are the high profile bloggers? WindRiver, GreenHills, FreeScale, AMCC where are you? "

Indeed - where are the major players here? or is there just not enough crowd that would be interested in such a thing?

Roy, You are correct when you talk about c/c++ and not .NET, but in the scheme of things, even the .NET compact framework (which we are considering for a new product) doesn't have a large blog ecosystem. Not much blogging outside of Microsoft as far as I can tell.
