For Castle Windsor, I'll definitely have to recommend the container tutorials by Alex Henderson.

Reorder your list a little bit. Put Windsor before Spring.NET. Then, when you get to Spring, you will see that Windsor feels so much better...and that should save you some time to learn Ruby like Mike wants you to do.
