I think it has its place but I looked at it (very briefly) from a remote pairing perspective and found it lacking.

We have been using it for a while now and think it works rather well. It isn't perfect for pairing (I would want something where both users have control at the same time) but it is a great replacement for livemeeting.

Remote desktop from it really sucks though; don't bother trying it.

office communicator also does this quite nicely. Application sharing, v. nice for developers to help with code and so on
