James, I would love to see you take the idea of “SharpMock” to the next level. If not anything else, it would be an interesting challenge to write about.

James took PostSharp and started looking at the possibility of intercepting static method calls using it’s code weaving API. Nice idea!

Roy... how on *earth* did you find my first ever real blog post less than half a day after I posted?

I'm literally gushing... thanks for the acknowledgement, and I will hit you up for that free license :)

On a side note, I actually go by my middle name - Ryan - but my blog isn't clear about that. Besides, you can call me whatever you want.

Roy, please don't give Ryan that free license :). Let the community innovate, don't shut anyone who's trying to take it to the next level up. TypeMock is excellent but too expensive for us individual developers and on top of that you locked it up with a patent. Not very community and innovation oriented at all. :(
