I was just informed by my merchant provider www.Charge.com that effective April 22, the version of the API I was using would no longer work. It would just die. Further more, the code is not compatible from 5.4 to 6.0. They use the LinkPoint API.
Since I'm using www.DotNetCharge.com I rang them up, received my upgrade, which has done all the work for me behind the scenes. I simply plug in a new DotNetCharge, and a new LinkPoint Assembly. Aside from a minor enumeration change for version control, I recompiled with literally one line of code change, and I was back in business.
I love it when it's this easy. I just wish it happened more often.
