I was one of the chosen few to get my hands on an Imate JasJar at this years PDC. Unfortunately, the screen is broken and I've been trying for over 6 weeks to get a hold of an RMA to send it back for repair.
Can anyone help me get in contact with them? Offline email to my gmail account, where scottcate is my alias.

Update :: 27 October 2005
To date, we have still not been able to get anyone to tell us how to replace the screen, or how much it will be, or even if it can be done. I'm sure this is a good unit to use, but I hope that if you have one of these, that you never ever break the screen. With a broken screen, this thing isn't worth a paper weight, and so far as I can tell, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT IMATE. I must be the only sucker in the world that has a broken screen waiting for repair.
About 10 times a week, I get an email asking if I can add RSS feeds to www.kbalertz.com. What this means is that I've done a REALLY REALLY bad job showing people where the RSS feeds are, since they've been live on the site for over a year.
It used to be that each RSS feed was only on the technology page. So to subscribe to several technologies, you were forced to navigate the site.
Now all the RSS feeds are listed on a single page, which should make it easier to subscribe. Below is a screen shot. I'm interested in feedback on the UI for this page. How do other pages list 300+ RSS feeds, and make it easy/enjoyable to browse and read the page?
