I've seen a number of people post their "I'm off to the PDC" posts today and yesterday, so I thought I'd do my obligatory one too. :-)
I think this PDC will pleasantly surprise a lot of people with the amount of announcements and new stuff happening. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone's reactions.
I'm flying down late Sunday night to prepare for the general session keynote on Tuesday. Anders Hejlsberg, Chris Anderson, Don Box and I are doing a joint "Lap Around..." segment in a keynote where we'll write a lot of code on stage and build some cool stuff together. We've been working on it off and on for about 2 weeks now, and have some pretty fun things to show (I'll be showing off Atlas). We had a late-night Jam coding session last night to go through the flow and bounce ideas off each other which was cool. Should be fun on Tuesday. ;-)
