Unbelievable, what an MS fiasco this Math.Round function is. I would certainly like to hear an explanation from them for this one.

Anyways here's a little function based on your previous posts on VB

Function roundNumber(ByVal Number As Double, Optional ByVal Digits As Integer = 1) As Double

Dim strFormat As String = "0." & StrDup(Digits, "0")

roundNumber = Val(Format(Number, strFormat))

End Function

So far it works for me!
