It's official...the Plano .NET Users Group is now incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of Texas. It wasn't too painful, just a bit of paperwork and some IRS requirements that I had to make sure and follow. My next step is to file for tax exemption status with the IRS. I can see it now, tax-free pizza and sodas for everyone!
