When I launch the installer I still see the beta, not the RC. Can you confirm that this link is correct? Thanks, Jason

Pfff. The webinstaller kept (re)installing the MVC3 Beta, but after de-installing WebMatrix and the MVC3 Beta, the MVC 3 RC was installed succesfully.

Sadly: The first MVC 3 'empty project' Razor in VS2010 failed to build/run (The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed)

;-(( but we love the new .cshtml icon... That one does work.
