C# Programmable Calculator
If you like the C# programming language and RPN (HP style)
calculators, you'll love C# Programmable Calculator.

C# Programmable Calculator allows you to add custom
functions written in C#.

You can debug and trace your custom C# functions using
the .NET Assert and Trace features.

Take a look at it at:

http://www.personalmicrocosms.com/html/cspcalc.html
TSS refers "Security comparison between Java and .NET"
TSS refers to this article which talks about the security comparision between Java and .NET.
Middleware company is now way related to this report. However this report says :

“This article covered security configuration issues and different aspects of code containment on .NET and Java platforms. Java offers a lot of advantages with its configurability. When it comes to code containment, both platforms have pretty strong offerings, with .NET having slightly more choices and being more straightforward to use.”
Chip-India's Top Ten List
This Chip India's article lists Top 10 Technologies to keep you updated.
But surprisingly .NET is not listed among. But in Webservices part of this article shouts thats
Microsoft has ignited the Job market with it's .NET Framework. :)

Too funny...

Most Valuable Days for Most Valuable Professionals...(India MVP Day)

I think this is one of the deepak's unmanaged dreams :) , but he managed to make it in managed kind...The India MVP Day a.k.a The India Advocates Day, Bangalore, 2003.

This trip can be treated as a formal-non formal mixture. We had all MS style discussions, peer seminars on office 2003, training on presentation skills (some thing new, is'nt it ? ), had a nice Q & A session with Lore Moore Ross and a sneak, short preview of longhorn. The actual “I am coming, you better get the party started“ movie of Longhorn was shown by deepak in offsite :). It was just amazing.

Offsite -1st Day
The real fun started at offsite (wonder valley, 20km from banglore). It is a forest kinda area of 300 acres, out of that 150 acres is allocated for adventure sports by an organization called OZONE. The night life started with Magic ravi's cool tricks and mimicry of some tamil stars.

We (all MVPs and RDs) gathered at a camp fire and started to solve a puzzle of forming circle after tangled up with each other. We tried it by forming 2 teams, and stuck up in tangled position for several attempts :). After 2, 3 hours excersize and so many prototypes we got it(@ around midnight).

Offsite -2nd Day
Day started with a nice breakfast ,coffee, and a Zip-Zap game. We had a great fun with this Zip-Zap :). Again the 3 teams are formed. Our team started with Azi-Bizi (a rope walk between tall trees). Most of our MVPs are seems well trained in such monkey activities, so we had a great fun although. Deepak and me tried some macro effects with flowers in digital cameras. I'll be posting those pics soon in imagestation.

The next event is Rappelling!. This is somewhat the B.P factor sport. But the Ozone guys made us to do it in a safest way. We had the lunch and had a nice blogger's photo sessions with playcards saying 'WE LOVE 2 BLOG'.

After a funfilled dynamic obstacles session with enchanted team spirit, we had been to build a Raft to sail over a lake. We discussed on design of raft and drafted for submission to Ozone team. After approval of that design we started the “Making of .NET Raft“ with given Bamboos and Tyre tubes. After 1 hour of diligent work, our Raft is ready to be float on Lake. Rajiv and Suresh. Me and Magic ravi took the roles of sailors :). Pooja took the cheer leader part ;).
The raft sailing is amazing, thrilling and fun filled experience.

The whole experience is a great, memorable thing in my life. Hope I could get the same in global MVP summit as well.

Sunday Bits!

Had a nice meeting with all city MVPs and CS (Community Stars) in Cafe Coffee Day.
Discussed positively on so many issues around DNUG Hyderabad. Most of them are not happy to attach .NET with User groups :) Instead they want it to be a Microsoft Dev User group only. That's a great idea indeed.

a sort of David Blain's trick

Try this...
just append ".mirror.sytes.org" to any URL and watch the fun!
For example,
for www.mvpblog.com try www.mvpblog.com.mirror.sytes.org
Enjoy! :)
