I Bought a House
I bought a house near where I work. There aren't a lot of dev jobs available in this city, so I guess I'm making a commitment to my company :-). Things are pretty good here. I have a lot of creative freedom and we've starting using Agile development methodologies such as TDD. We're getting a continuous integration build server set up as well. In addition I get to work with my favorite development environment (.NET of course!), and I am consistently challenged to improve my skills in a wide range of areas.
I think I'll be happy here for awhile. :-)
