Hosting

I'm looking for new hosting for a friend.  I was wondering if any providers out there offer what he needs:

Cheap!  :-)
SQL Server DB and the ability to connect to the SQL DB via Enterprise Manager (A Must)
His site needs less than 10mb of storage, so that is not an issue
Traffic is bare minimum.  Almost no image files, strictly HTML.
Ability to create virtual applications under the root in IIS.  (seperate web.configs, security, bin folders etc)

I know maxiumumasp.com does all this, but they are *way* too expensive for his needs.

WebHost4Life.com man... killer killer killer stuff that they give you.

If you decide to go there, please go to my website and click the "Webhost4life" link at the very bottom of the page, so i can get the referral. :)

I've been using webhost4life also. They have a good offer, and although a few problem encountered (no secure way to read email, even if they advertise webmail SSL option) the technical support team is responsive, and fix problems quick.

-1 on webhost4life.

I have 1 website running there and the sql server I'm using there is down quite frequently. Their support isn't very good IMO.

Not very fast reply's by email and sometimes the knowledge level of the reply'er is way below what you want.

have heard a lot of good things about:
http://www.serverintellect.com/index.aspx

And have good experience with:
http://www.flarehosting.com

+1 for webhost4life. Can't beat the features for the price. No hand holding there though, but that's not a host provider's job, IMHO.
