While I'm relatively new to the world of blogging, I've been programming for years. My passions have driven me to study a wide variety of languages and programming concepts. Now it's my turn to share.
It's true that nothing will replace "searching" for solutions when you're in a crunch. But what I've come to appreciate is that a good programmer will continue to learn even when there is no immediate problem. This way, when the time comes, you can call upon a wealth of information that you've already learned as apposed to having to panic to the next solution.
SingingEels.com is my primary source of teaching, as I believe that a good article beats a blog entry any day, but I do also share very regularly in my blogs (one on Eels and one here) as well as direct answering of questions through the ASP.net forums.
