When looking for some guides on how to set up a system that would allow me to create PDF files on-the-fly, I found this great How-To over at DotNetJunkies.com

How To Generate PDF Files Dynamically Using ASP.NET

This is also provided by Doug Nelson:

BLAMESTORMING: Sitting around in a group, discussing why a server went down, and who was responsible.
SEAGULL MANAGER: A manager who flies in, makes a lot of noise, craps on everything, and then leaves.
CUBE FARM: An office filled with cubicles.
MOUSE POTATO: The on-line, wired generation's answer to the couch potato.
STRESS PUPPY: An admin who seems to thrive on being stressed out, whiney, and complains about stupid users all day.
SWIPEOUT: An access card that has been rendered useless because the magnetic strip is worn away from extensive use.
PERCUSSIVE MAINTENANCE: The fine art of whacking the crap out of an electronic device to get it to work again.
404: A completely clueless end-user.
OHNOSECOND: That fraction of time after hitting Enter, in which you realize that you've just permanently erased a big database.
Inoculatte: Taking coffee intravenously when you are pulling an all-nighter getting that database online from the backup tapes.
Osteopornosis: A degenerate disease. (This one got extra credit).

Doug Nelson just posted this link on a private list and I thought I should share it with you as it is REALLY funny =)

I have just made a PDF file version of my most recent article, 'Making skinned custom controls', avaible for download on my site.

Over the next few days (or weeks) I'll convert my other articles to PDF versions as well.
Any comments on this new service would be great (is this a good service?)

Paul Wilson has added a nice little tool to his Demos section - a ViewState parser. Just paste in your viewstate and have it instantly parsed.
Pretty neat if you ask me.

ViewState parser

Today it feels like my brain has been raped by a vacuum cleaner =(

Was hoping to finish one or two articles I've been working on, but today it seems just wasn't my day. It happens, even to the best.. =)
At least I managed to come up with a few subjects that articles can be based upon, for instance caching.. anyone seen any good articles discussing caching? Hopefully this subject hasn't been covered by many.
