Annoying thing I noticed about the RichTextBox editor... by Tim Marman

I noticed that the entire RichTextBox is wrapped in an IFRAME instead of just the editable portion. When you have a long post that starts to scroll, the toolbar scrolls with it. Scott - anything we can do about this? :)
